Observe output waveform of Half wave rectifier, it having same fundamental period of input. So having same frequency.

Output of the half-wave rectifier is same as it's input. But for a full wave rectifier output becomes double of input.

Full wave rectifier: fo = fs.
Half wave rectifier: fo = 2fs.
Half wave rectifier: fo = 2fs.
