What range of resistor values would you get when checking a transistor for forward- and reverse-biased conditions by an ohmmeter?
100 to a few k, exceeding 100 k
Exceeding 100 k, 100 to a few k

It is a Resistance of negative temperature coefficient.

In forward bias condition, conduction will happen so resistance will be low or (few ohms to some kilo ohms).

In reverse bias, diode will be open circuited. So resistance is high. For that reason, ohm meter measures these values.

A transistor can have only 20 to few 100 ohms but it does not exceed 100 please explain.
