On a keen observation. We will see Ib= 75uA.
Thus, put Ic = 15mA and Ib in beta = Ic/Ib = 15*10^3/75 = 200.

Given Ic =15mA and Vce =5V then,
By the given values x and y Ib value is 75uA.
