Last scale factor means priority in terminals ex:- we use 3 terminals in the transistor in that we take first terminal as the base then emitter then the collector in that last scale means last measurable factor i.e. collector like that. We take current factors alpha, beta, the gama given question there was alpha, beta and hfe i.e hfe=alpha so last scale factor is beta.

Curve tracer means one of the electronic test equipment to analysis of the device. Specially used for semiconductor devices test.
