Formula.
β = Ic / Ib.
Ic has 1 increment per mA and Ib has 10 increments per uA (Based on the Diagram)
Thus β = 1 / 10 = 0.1.
the convert into percentage; 0.1 x 100 = 10(Ans.)

Since Ic =1,2,3...,9 the change in Ic is by 1 and Ib =10,20,30..50 so there change in Ib is by 10.
Beta (ac) is change in Ic/change in Ib. We get 1/10 =.1. Since percentage is asked we multiply it by 100 to get 10.

For this problem beta(dc) is 100 and beta(ac) is 110.
Hence %change is 110-100/100*100%.
So will get 10. I think so.
