Ic = Ic(majority)+Ic(minority).
20.002mA = 20mA + Ic(minority).
Ic(minority) = 20.002mA-20mA.
= 2*10^-6.
{But Ic(minority) = Ico}.
Therefore Ico = 2*10^-6.
20.002mA = 20mA + Ic(minority).
Ic(minority) = 20.002mA-20mA.
= 2*10^-6.
{But Ic(minority) = Ico}.
Therefore Ico = 2*10^-6.

Answer is 2^-6. Because of Ic = (IC)minority + (IC)majority.
