10log(4096/4) gives you approximately 30dB and every 10 dB gives you a factor of 2 based on the concept of -6dB/octave. So 3x2=6.

Level for 4 w =n1 = 2.
Level for 4096 w = n2 = 12,
Factor n2/n1 = 12/2 = 6.
Level for 4096 w = n2 = 12,
Factor n2/n1 = 12/2 = 6.

4^6 = 4096.
So 6 is the factor at which audio level change its power.
So 6 is the factor at which audio level change its power.

4096/4=1024 2, 4, 8 divided by 1024 without 6 so 6 has a factor.
