Gain = output/input.
Gain = 100.
Input = 75mv.
Output = input * gain.
Output =75mv * 100.
Output =7500mv.
mv=1/1000v.
Output = 7.5v.

Gain = (output voltage)/(input voltage).

We have,
Gain100; and Input voltage 75mV = 75 * 10^-3.
Then putting that values in the formula of gain we get,
100 = (output voltage)/(75 * 10^-3).
Output voltage = 100 * (75 * 10^-3).
= 7.5V.

Voltage gain = 100.
Voltage Input = 100MV.

Gain = v(output)/voltage input.
Gain*voltage input = v(output).

100*75mV = v(output) ; m=1/1000;
100*75*1/1000 = 7.5v.

V(output) = 7.5v.

Let A be the voltage gain, Vo be output voltage and Vin the input voltage,
A = Vo/Vin therefore,

Vo = A*Vin = 100*75*10^-3 .
Thus Vo = 7.5V.

voltage gain=vout/vin.
100=vout/75mv(.075v)
100*.075=7.5v
