Actually it is a comparator v+>V-.
So, Vout=+Vsat (read property of the comparator)
So, Vout=+Vsat (read property of the comparator)

Can anyone explain how to solve this problem?

As it is open loop condition maximum output will be produced and by comparing inverting and non-inverting + terminal voltage is more. So +Vsat is the answer.

v0 = A(v+ - v-).
= A(3+4).
= 7A.
But in op-amp v+ should be equal to zero.
Therefore output should be Vsat.
But How we will know the symbol is the point(from the above calculation)?
