If input voltage is greater than the reference voltage so what is the output voltage?

Output of op-amp never crosses its supply voltage vcc. As the circuit is open loop. It has infinite open loop gain. i.e gain is infinite. Then output Vo=gain*Vi. Since it won't crosses vcc. It will be Saturated. Vcsat. Since in non inverting mode output and input has no phase so -Vcsat.

Since it has no feed back then it's gain would be very high and the output signal would be clipped/saturated.
