As we know that when R is grounded it is high Filter and when C is grounded it is Low pass Filter.
And f = 1/2*π*r*c= 15.9khz.
And f = 1/2*π*r*c= 15.9khz.

fc=1/2*pi*rc where rc equal r1c1 or r2c2.
So, fc= 1/2*3.14*100*.1*10^(-6)= 15.9 khz.
So, fc= 1/2*3.14*100*.1*10^(-6)= 15.9 khz.

From figure it is clear that it is a high-pass and
fc=1/(2*pi*c1*c2*r1*r2)
fc=1/(2*pi*c1*c2*r1*r2)
