Semi conductor is the conductor which isn't easily passed electron.
And insulator is never passed electron.

Conductor has only one free electron at the outermost orbit.
Eg: Copper, gold, silver.

Hi @Srithar.
Free electrons are not conductor, the substance which carries the electrons is conductor.
