@Lakshman Rao.
That is transformation ratio = k.
Turns ratio = N1/N2.
Transformation ratio N2/N1 = k.
That is transformation ratio = k.
Turns ratio = N1/N2.
Transformation ratio N2/N1 = k.

I totally confused.
Is it n1/n2 or n2/n1?
Is it n1/n2 or n2/n1?

Guys it's turns ratio so n1/n2 =1/6 = 0.16.
And R1=R2*(turns ratio)^2 =470 * 0.025 = 13.
And R1=R2*(turns ratio)^2 =470 * 0.025 = 13.

@Reddy.
1/6 = 0.166.
When ratio is less than one mean step up use v2/v1 otherwise use v1/v2.
1/6 = 0.166.
When ratio is less than one mean step up use v2/v1 otherwise use v1/v2.

As we know that R1 = k^2 * R2.
R1 = 670/36 = 13.
R1 = 670/36 = 13.
