First of all power factor is not given which is different for input side and output side. So active power can never be equal apparent power can only be equal KVA should be equal on both sides not KW. Whether it is ideal or practical we can't say active power is equal or not.

For ideal T/F, efficiency 100%.

Transformer is a constant flux power and frequency but for practical transformer we have to calculate core losses and copper losses and output = input-total losses from this calculate efficiency = output/input.

Its so simple an ideal transformer is free from losses so whatever the power is supplied to the primary winding the same power is delivered at output. So its obviously 25w.

Transformer ratio does not have any effect of transformer power.
Transformer power is same in both side & only voltage and current are variable.
