tc = RC = 150x10^3 x 0.002x10^-6 = 300x10^-6
Vc = Vs[1-e^-t/tc]
Vc = 6[1-e^-600x10^-6/300x10^-6]
Vc = 6[1-e^-2]
Vc = 5.18 volts
Which is ~ 5.16 volts. Hope that helped :)
