In delta voltage current is root 3 times of phase voltage. So it is false.

There are phase difference is 120 degree between two phase in case of delta connection of three phase AC generator because phase difference of generator are not depend on star or delta connection. The phase difference of generator decide at the time of winding and design.

In delta connected generator line voltage equal to phase voltage. In delta connection line current equal to root three multify phase current.
