Two resistors 1.2k are in series i.e 1.2k+1.2k = 2.4k ohms.
Then 3.3k ohms is parallel i.e 3.3k*2.4k/3.3k+2.4k = 1.38947k ohms.
Then 3.3k ohms is parallel i.e 3.3k*2.4k/3.3k+2.4k = 1.38947k ohms.
