2 resistors in series formula is = R1+R2
so 1.2+1.2 = 2.4k ohm
now it parellel wid 3.3k ohm
parallel formula is R1*R2/R1+R2
so 2.4+3.3/2.4+3.3=1.389k ohms
killo ohms into ohms by multipication 1000
=1.38947*1000
=1389.47 ohms
=1389 ohms
