But current is in mA and vol is in V, I think the answer is 22 Ohms.

R/4=224 (approximately).
R/4 means 4 resistors in series.

V = I*(R1+R2+R3+R4)------- R is same so.
V = I*(4R).
12 = 13m * 4 (R).
R= 220.10 ohms.
