Resistor is independent of freq.
Inductor voltage leads current by 90.
Capacitor current leads voltage by 90.
Inductor voltage leads current by 90.
Capacitor current leads voltage by 90.

Dear there is no relation b/w frequency & resistance. , the frequency should be the same as aross the circuit for resistance.

In the series RC circuit the impedance of the circuit is minimum its approximately = R. So the frequency across the resistance is same as the input.
