0.06*10^3 volts
we can re writtwn as
(0.06*100)=60
then
for millivolts
we can divide and multply with 1000
60*(1000/1000)=60,000 mv

Let us assume A,
Ax10^-3=0.06X10^6 volts
A=0.06X10^6X10^-3
A=60X10^6 volts
A=60000X10^3volts
A=60000 mv(1mv=10^3 volts)
