Consider a two resistances in parallel. If 4 A is flowing through one of the resistors and another 3 A to other resistor, then applying kcl to the circuit the sum of incoming current will be the outgoing current.

Hence 3+4 = 7 which is the correct answer.

See, current is the flow of electrons means it's not generated into any junction what is comes in must comes out this is actually KCL.

So 3+4=7.

I think option C is correct as in question it doesn't define the direction of current i.e. towards the junction or out from the junction.

It is related with KCL which states that sum of incoming current is equal to sum outgoing current in a junction.

As KCL states that sum of incoming current in a junction equals to sum of out going current of the junction.

Since KCL states that sum of incoming current is equal to sum outgoing current in a junction.
