The magnetic field is produced by the NS magnets since the conductor moves in this area or field the electromagnetic induction takes place & induce emf in the coil.

Electromagnetic induction is the production of an electric current across a conductor moving through a magnetic field. Magnetic field are not produced by electromagnetic induction. According to electromagnetic induction when current carrying conductor is rotated in magnetic field then due to cut of magnetic field by conductor emf are produced on it.
