w.k.t Nue=B/H, B=magnetic flux density, H=magnetic field intensity.
Unit for B is wb/m^2.
Unit for H is AT/m.
So unit for permeability(nue) is wb/AT*m.
Unit for B is wb/m^2.
Unit for H is AT/m.
So unit for permeability(nue) is wb/AT*m.

RELUCTANCE= LENGTH/PERMEABILITY*AREA
i.e. S=L/MA
So, M=L/SA
METRE/AT/WB*METRE^2= WB/ AT*METRE
i.e. S=L/MA
So, M=L/SA
METRE/AT/WB*METRE^2= WB/ AT*METRE
