Since 1microhenery = 10x-6 henery.
.08microhenery = .08x 10x-6 H = 8X10*-8H = .000000008H.
.08microhenery = .08x 10x-6 H = 8X10*-8H = .000000008H.

0.08 uH = 0.08 x 10^-6 H = 0.00000008 H.
0.00000008 H>0.000000008 H.
0.00000008 H>0.000000008 H.

Option A is equal to 0.08 micro H.
Options C and D is larger than 0.08 micro.
Option B is the only one smaller in value, so this is the answer. Because we are looking for value that is less than 0.08 micro H.
