Why not option A?

Because 1f 0.025 multiply by 1000 the answer become 25 kw.

Give that,

P = 0.025 w and we know that,
1w = 1000 mW.

So,
0.025w = 0.025*1000 mW.
= 25 mW.

1Watt=1000MW
0.025Watt=0.025*1000=25mw

1 watt = 1000 mW
0.025 watt = 0.025*1000 = 25 mW

1mw= 0.001w
25/1 mw = .025/.001 mw
25mw = 25 mw

0.025 W= 25*10^-3 W. therefore the answer is 25 mW
