15*15/12 = 18.75.
18.75/60 = 0.3125.
0.3125*3 = 0.9375 wh.

P=VI
P=15*1.25=18.75

Total power = 18.75*3/60= .937

Energy = Power*Time = (i^2*r)*(3/60) = 0.9375

Why can't we use the formula V^2/R*t?

Well said @Bains and @Debu.

Here, it is (v^2/R) *3.

((V*V)/ R)*time in hrs

You are correct @Debu.
