Answer is not correct, the correct answer will be 6.6 <-34.
Process Zth={(R<0)*Xc<-90)/(R-jXc)} < = angle.
Process Zth={(R<0)*Xc<-90)/(R-jXc)} < = angle.

Vs is shorted , Xc and R are in parallel the answer would be 6656.402 <-33.69.
