It's impedance for AC and resistor for DC.

In Ac Rth => impedance (Zth).

We calculate only Thevenin voltage and Thevenin resistance, so how it can be possible?

It should be resistance in series with voltage.

Option A is correct as Thevenin Circuit can also be used for AC.
