Here to find Zth vs short-circuit and RL open circuit. R1 parallel with Xl.

Zth= 220*47i/220+47i.
=45.96∠77.94.

Hi,

Since the source has 0Hz then it acts as a DC voltage source. Shouldn't the inductor act as a short circuit?

But w.r.t AB, XL and R1 should be in series.

So the answer should be A.

Here parallel combination of R1 = 220 and XL will give the answer.
