45i = 45<90*.2981<-26.565 = 13.4145<63.435.
So, the answer is B.

It can be easily identified in the circuit.
Vth is the voltage across XL and it can be seen that the voltage should be less than the input voltage, so the option sorts to B & C. Out of which if the impedance certain impedance is present and it cannot be zero. So, option B is right.
