VL = 18*33/(33+70) = 5.76.

I = 18/(70+33) = 0.174.

This is maximum power transfer theorem

RT=RI+RL

RT=70+33=103 ohm

IT=Vs/RT

IT=18/103=0.174A

PL=I^2*RL

PL=1.00W
