Max. V.value= 2 * 0.707 * 12 = 16.968.
You multiply by two because one cycle has two half waves
Max V.value + DC level value = 16.968 + 18 =34.968.

Vrms = V'.707.
So,
Vrms/.707 + Vmax, as well.
So,
Vrms/.707 + Vmax, as well.

Vmax = 1.414*Vrms. Its constant value @max.

@MAX
vm=sqrt(2)*Vrms
vm=sqrt(2)*Vrms

Adeel, 1. 414 is constant value?

Max V.value = 1.414 * 12 V =16.9
Max Value of V + DC level value = 16.9+18 = 34.9 => 35
Max Value of V + DC level value = 16.9+18 = 34.9 => 35
