Frequency is a number of cycles per second.

f = frequency, T = time period, f = 1/T

In case of period - time per cycle. So, t/cycles (just reverse)

20/10 = 2 micro second.

Period = Time/Cycle

= 20/ 10
= 2

Freq= no.of cycles/ time period.

Here,
F= 10/20 = 0.5.
Time = 1/f = 1/0.5 = 2.

Frequency is no. of cycles per second.

So, t=2 micro sec.

It's not the frequency,

The Period is the number of cycles per sec. Period and frequency are different.
