The question didn't mention whether the diode is a real or ideal one. If it is not mentioned the default is to assume the diodes as ideal ones.
Therefore +5V should be the answer.
Therefore +5V should be the answer.

The voltage drop for silicon diode is 0.7.
Hence, the o/p is 5-0.7 = 4.3v.
Hence, the o/p is 5-0.7 = 4.3v.

the voltage drop for silicon diode is .7
Hence ,the o/p is 5-.7=4.3v.
Hence ,the o/p is 5-.7=4.3v.

Voltage drop by the diode is .7V .
so the output will be
5V-.7V=4.3V
(D) is correct answer.
so the output will be
5V-.7V=4.3V
(D) is correct answer.
