1 to 9 are used same binary but 9 to 15 take A B C D E F for number.
1010 = A.
1011 = B.
1100 = C.
1101 = D.
1110 = E.
1111 = F.
Hence,
B = 1011.
F = 1111.
1010 = A.
1011 = B.
1100 = C.
1101 = D.
1110 = E.
1111 = F.
Hence,
B = 1011.
F = 1111.

A-10=1010
B-11=1011
C-12=1100
D-13=1101
E-14=1110
F-15=1111
SO 1011-B & f-1111.
