By using 8421 code its easy to understand i.e 64 32 16 8 4 2 1

1 1 0 0 0 0 0

64+32 = 96 so representing the decimal no we required seven digits.

Simply, as the problem said "in binary" so divide 93 by 2 we will get digits 1011101 which equal to 7 so the answer is 7.
