1-- is convert into -- 0.
0-- is convert into -- 1.
Then answer is 0011.
1-- is convert into -- 0.
0-- is convert into -- 1.
Then answer is 0011.

Reverse the all digits will result i's complement like 0 to 1 and 1 to 0.
