Very easy! just make the group of 4 digits from L.S.B to M.S.B. And you will get the answer!

Explanation from the answer.
11010000101000, put 00 starting of this binary number so we will get 0011010000101000, now make the group of 4 bits like this 0011 0100 0010 1000 and convert each group in decimal hence we get 3428.
