Is this the right answer? What if the timing capacitance increased? The equation is T = 1.1 RC.
That means pulse width is proportional to the resistance and Capacitance only.
Hence if the value of capacitor increased, pulse width increases and supply voltage has no relation with it.

I thought so it was the capacitor. But there is also an equation related with time. Vc= Vm(1-e^-t/RC) i guess its because of this equation?
