We write mnemonics which is in hexadecimal but it is converted to binary so that CPU can understand.

Yes we can represent in hexa format also to reduce the complexity in binary numbers.

No actually it is hexadecimal we even write mnemonic like 72, 32, 7f, etc. ,

Computer only understand binary i.e. 0, 1.

because computer can understand only in binary format, it can not be consider hexadecial .......
