NOR gate is opposite to OR gate.

NOR gate produce 1 if both inputs are 0.

I suggest true as the answer because if any of the input of an OR gate is low, the output is 1 and since NOR is opposite to OR, then its output will be low (0).

If any one input is low, then the output of the gate is high(1+0 is 1 and 0+1 is 1).
But if both inputs are low, then output is low.(OR gate).

In case of NOR gate, the case is opposite.(1+0=0 and 0+1=0). So the answer with these two cases is FALSE.

So, here the data is insufficient.
