Complementary-symmetry is same as push pull amplifier.

In a push-pull amplifier, the transistor are emitter-coupled meaning that the emitter of transistor 1 is connected to the emitter of transistor 2.

The quasi push-pull amplifier uses a Darlington pair and feedback pair in a push-pull arrangement
In totem-pole emitter of transistor 1 is connected to the collector of transistor 2.
