Serial means if we want to add some data then add at any place, means order is random, but Sequential is just like serial but order of data is fixed, Not random.

If there is one line communication then how both serially and parallelly data can be transferred between two, through TDM (time division multiplexing)?

It is not sequentially. Because the order can't be define properly.

We cannot clearly say whether data is being transmitted serially or sequentially. However, serial data transfer refers to the transfer of data bit by bit serially at every clock edge however sequentially data transfer refers to data transfer of a set of bits. Looking at the waveform serially should be correct as at the teach timestamp, data is being transmitted.
