The voltage levels used to represent binary values (0 and 1) in a digital system are nearly equal in value.

In digital systems the logic 1 represents the high value of a signal which is greater than +5 volts and the logic 0 represents the low value which is nearly equal to +0.8 volts or less than it. So both the logics have different values with a very big difference.

In digital system logic 1 represent high value which is +5 volt not greater than 5v and voltage vary between 0v to 5v for logic 0 and logic 1.
In digital system logic 1 represent high value which is +5 volt not greater than 5v and voltage vary between 0v to 5v for logic 0 and logic 1.

In digital system, we use 0 and 1 to represent binary values. But comparing with the analog, we represent the voltage levels as 0v or 5v (0 or 1 respectively).
