As we all know the function of OR gate, it's simple as like addition. If any one of the input is high then the output become high. Applying the function in the waveform and it's clearly tells that option B is the correct output waveform.

When A is ORed with B (0 with 0 gives 0 as its output), and the output ORed with C gives a 1 as its output. Now to the solutions it's only option b that start with 1 as the starting point of the output waveform.
