What is the difference between combinational logic and sequential logic?
Combinational circuits are not triggered by timing pulses, sequential circuits are triggered by timing pulses.

O/P of combinational circuits depend on applied thresold value of input voltage. There is no need of time of clock pulse despite triggering voltage.

A latch is not triggered. Is this a sequential circuit or a combinational one?

Well what I think is a combinational circuit works on the present input only whereas a sequential circuit also depends on the past output.
