Here n is 1, 2 or 3 so answer should be 4 or 8 or 16.

Dec-bcd converter decimal values are ips ranges from 0-9 total 10 ips & bcd values represent by 4-bits so 4 o/p's.

Its a decimal to bcd encoder so we have bcd number in the input so 10 inputs & 4 outputs.
