I don't know much about this. But i think in standard form, maxterms are used. In the question, there are 8 possible combinations for answer D and 2 possible combinations for answer A. Answer C is standard because it contains max terms only(maxterms are terms which includes are variables within the expression).
Eg: (A+B')(A'+B+C') = (A+B'+C)(A+B'+C')(A'+B+C')
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Actually, it's clearly mentioned as standard POS form means it contains same variables are in both set A and set B (may or may not including inverters).

This is not actually like that. Answer [A], [C] & [D] are in POS form and [B] in SOP so only Answer [B] is wrong and others are correct.

Exactly.
Only answer B is wrong. W, which belongs to SOP. All others are in POS.
