C + C'D = C(1+D) + C'D since 1+A=1.
= C+CD + C'D.
= C+D(C+C') A+A'=1.
= C+D.
= C+CD + C'D.
= C+D(C+C') A+A'=1.
= C+D.

You can solve by using the Distributive law
i.e. A+B'C=(A+B')(A+C)
Here- C+C'D
= (C+C')(C+D)
= 1.(C+D)
= C+D
i.e. A+B'C=(A+B')(A+C)
Here- C+C'D
= (C+C')(C+D)
= 1.(C+D)
= C+D
