De morgan's theorem states that,

(AB)' = A' + B'.

Apply the Dermorgans state into the equation.
(ABC)' = A' + B' + c'.

and

(A+B)'=A'B'.

SO by referring the above,

(ABC)' = A'+B'+C' and (A+B+C)' = A'B'C'...
